Dispatch and delivery

All orders are packed and dispatched from our Seville, Victoria warehouse. Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST on a business day are usually dispatched the same day; later orders leave on the next business day.

Seafood is shipped in insulated packaging with gel ice so it arrives in peak condition. Delivery within Australia normally takes 1-3 business days for metro addresses and 2-5 business days for regional addresses.

Shipping rates

• Orders over USD 150 ship free across Australia.
• Standard cold-chain shipping: USD 12 for orders under USD 150.
• Express cold-chain shipping: USD 25, delivered within 1-2 business days where available.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel is collected by the carrier. If tracking has not updated within 24 hours, contact us at service@zenthavolt.shop and we will follow it up.

Delivery issues

Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If anything is missing, damaged or thawed, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
